PROJECT LITERACY
ABOUT THE
PROJECT
Over 750 Million People Worldwide Face The Challenge Of Illiteracy. In Response, I Joined Forces With Pearson, IDEO And Secret Location To Develop A Groundbreaking VR Installation As Part Of The Global Campaign. This Immersive Experience Took Audiences On A Journey Into The Lives Of Those Impacted By Illiteracy, Shedding Light On Their Struggles, Aspirations, And Resilience. But It Didn't Stop There.
This Installation Transcended Borders, Traveling Across The Globe To Reach Diverse Communities. What Made It Truly Remarkable Was The Inclusion Of Custom Face Masks For The VR Goggles, Tailored To Each Individual's Unique Journey, Enhancing The Immersive Experience And Fostering Deeper Empathy. Our Ultimate Goal Was Not Just To Raise Awareness But To Ignite Tangible Action Through Initiatives Like Project Literacy, Aiming To Spark A Global Movement Towards Literacy Enhancement And Societal Change.
