A “SWEET” COMPETITION

Collaborating with the Thinkingbox team, I played a pivotal role in crafting the user interface design for Candy Crush All Stars, a groundbreaking virtual stage that hosted the inaugural U.S. Candy Crush All Stars Final. As the competition reached its climax, we orchestrated a production that dazzled viewers and crowned the top Candy Crush player in the United States.

After a 7-week online tournament narrowing millions to the top 10 players, Thinkingbox produced a live finale on an XR virtual set. Partnering with King/Activision and No Problem, we scripted and executed a 30-minute YouTube broadcast blending network game show polish with Candy Crush's charm. With stunning visuals and seamless transitions, it captivated audiences and celebrated the joy of Candy Crush.

Awards & PRESS RESULTS

Bringing ten players together for a live Candy Crush tournament on a custom virtual stage was a challenge, but delivering it with broadcast-level polish made it even bigger. We're proud of the team’s success, with the show now surpassing 1.1 million YouTube views.
